The origins of M.A.F.
Mooncakes are to Mid-Autumn Festival what mince pies are to Christmas. The seasonal round cakes traditionally have a sweet filling of lotus seed paste or red bean paste and often have one or more salted duck eggs in the center to represent the moon. And the moon is what this celebration is all aboult. Mid-Autumn festival falls on the 15th day of the 8th month, it is the time when the moon is said to be at its brightest and fullest.
There are two legends which claim to explain the tradition of eating mooncakes. One Tang Dynasty myth holds that the earth once had ten suns circling it. One day all ten suns appeared at once, scorching the planet with their heat. It was thanks to a skillful archer named Hou Yi that the earth was saved. He shot down all but one of the suns. As his reward, the Heavenly Queen Mother gave Hou Yi the Elixir of Immortality, but she warned him that he must use it wisely. Hou Yi ignored her advice and corrupted by fame and fortune, became a tyrannical leader. Chang-Er, his beautiful wife, could no longer stand by and watch him abuse his power so she stole his Elixir and fled to the moon to escape his angry wrath. And thus began the legend of the beautiful woman in the moon, the Moon Fairy.
The second legend has it that during the Yuan Dynasty, an underground group led by Zhu Yuan Zhang was determined to rid the country of Mongolian dominance. The moon cake was created to carry a secret message. When the cake was opened and the message read, an uprising was unleashed which successfully routed the Mongolians. It happened at the time of the full moon, which, some say, explains why mooncakes are eaten at this time. Mooncakes are usually stamped with Chinese characters indicating the name of the bakery and the type of filling used. Some bakeries will even stamp them with your family name so that you can give personalised ones to friends and family. They are usually presented in boxes of four which indicate the four phases of the moon. Traditional mooncakes are made with melted lard, but today vegetable oil is more often used in the interests of health. Mooncakes are not for the dietconscious as they are loaded with calories. The best way to wash down one of these sticky cakes is with a cup of Chinese tea, especially Jasmine or Chrysanthemum tea, which aids the digestion.
My Opinion on College Graduates" Work in the Future.
Nowadays, college graduates are exposed to fierce competition in job market on graduation. Because of a lot of college graduates entering the society, the pressure of employment is
becoming heavier and heavier. It is advisable to do their own bussiness, which can lessen the pressure of employment.
Self-employment creates job opportunities. College graduates can get work experience, vital for better surival in future life. Self-employment is your own boss without worrying about being laid off. College graduates can enjoy secure and fear-free life.
The challenges exist. College graduates have to raise or loan enough money before starting bussiness, which is very difficult for who are poor. College graduate have to learn how to run your company properly as a green hand. College graduate always worry about financial condition such as cost of operation and the profits of the products, which are faced with the risk of bankruptcy.
In my opinion, advantages of college graduates self-employment outweigh disadvantages. As for me, i prefer a life of exciting. So i want to have self-employment.

Everyone wants to get the friendship and belief of others, however, some people often cannot do as they hoped. The reason why they did"t obtain the friengship and belief is that they didn"t make a good impression. Consequently, making a good impression is important to everyone of us, but how to make a good impression is suspicious to many people. there are some tips ahout how to make a good impression.
First of all, you should be friendly to others. If you want to make more friends, you should always be ready to help the people who are in trouble, from which you can make a good impression such as friendly and believable. Next, you had better often smile to others, by which you can let others know you are a optimisitic person. Last but not least, you must be honest to others, otherwise, more and more will never trust you, so you should do as good as your word. In addition to all the above, you should also be hardworking or hard-studying and natural to others and so on, these good characters can make you get more good impression.
I believe you will be popular to others with many good impressions if you do as these tips. In fact, making a good impression depends on many factors. We should do more things to improve our accomplishment. In my opinion, only often care about and help others can we get others" respect and appreciate. Give your heart to others, you will make a good impression and obtain friendship and belief.
