      机关行政效能建设第二阶段实施方案

     根据自治区党委办办公厅、自治区人民政府府办公厅《全区集中开展展转变干部作风加强机关关行政效能建设活动工作作方案》(桂办发〔XXX〕9号)及《贺州县深深入开展以干部作风整顿顿为重点的“机关效能建建设年”活动实施方案》》(贺办发〔XX〕188号),钟山县深入开展展以干部作风整顿为重点点的“机关效能建设年””活动从3月中旬至下旬旬为第二阶段,即敞开大大门、查摆问题阶段。

     敞开开大门、查摆问题阶段是是转变干部作风,加强机机关行政效能建设活动中中承前启后的重要阶段。。在动员学习的基础上,,认真做好敞开大门、查查摆问题阶段工作,通过过各种形式广泛征求群众众意见,深入进行问题查查摆,找准存在的突出问问题,深刻分析原因,明明确整改方向,制订整改改措施,对于巩固和扩大大动员部署阶段成果,打打牢整改工作基础,确保保以干部作风整顿为重点点的“机关效能建设年””活动取得成效至关重要要。这一阶段的工作,社社会各界群众尤为关注,,更是关系到下一阶段的的整改工作是否具有针对对性,因此必须充分认识识做好这一阶段工作的重重要性,切实加强领导,,精心组织实施,努力把把这一阶段的工作抓紧抓抓好。
