　 银行金融风险教育周活动报告

　 根据中国人民银行广州分行关于开展“百姓金融风险教育周”活动的通知精神，我行于XX年1月6日至12日积极、扎实开展“百姓金融风险教育周”活动，经过全体干部员工的共同努力和辛勤工作，圆满完成教育周活动任务，取得了良好成绩，有关“百姓金融风险教育周”活动情况具体报告如下：

　 一、加强领导，扎实开展风险教育周活动

　 我行认真学习《关于开展“百姓金融风险教育周”活动的通知》精神，提高了认识，统一了思想，充分认识到：当前我省发生的一些非法金融活动、金融诈骗和非理性投资与理财活动，既给人民群众造成财产损失，扰乱金融市场秩序，破坏金融生态环境，也威胁到金融机构的稳健运行，使金融稳定形势更加复杂。而非法金融活动、金融诈骗和非理性投资与理财活动之所以能够接二连三发生，百姓金融风险意识不强，风险防范技能缺失是其中的一个重要原因。作为一家股份制商业银行，我行有责任、有义务对百姓进行金融风险教育，切实开展风险教育周活动。为此，我行成立“百姓金融风险教育周”活动领导小组，由行领导和相关部门负责人组成，切实加强对风险教育周活动的领导。我行制定“百姓金融风险教育周”活动方案，明确活动目标和活动内容，确保“百姓金融风险教育周”活动顺利开展，取得风险教育周活动的实际成效，以营造良好的金融生态氛围。

　 二、认真学习，掌握百姓风险防范基本内容和知识

　 开展“百姓金融风险教育周”活动，向百姓宣传防范金融风险知识和技能，首先银行员工要掌握百姓风险防范基本内容和知识。自接到活动通知后，我行利用晨会和业务学习会组织全行员工认真学习《百姓风险防范手册》，要求每个员工掌握《百姓风险防范手册》的基本内容，重点掌握“如何识别假币”、“如何树立良好的信用意识”、“如何保护自己，远离洗钱活动”、“如何使用电子银行”、“如何正确选择银行理财产品”、“如何防范股票交易风险”和“如何识别非法金融”等内容，在“百姓金融风险教育周”活动中，能够正确向百姓开展宣传，指导百姓增强金融风险意识，防范受到非法金融侵害，造成财产损失。

　 三、加强教育，创建良好金融生态氛围

　 我行加强对全行员工的学习教育，使每个员工充分认识营造良好金融生态氛围，是贯彻落实党的十八大精神、建设和谐社会的需要，是维护我省社会稳定、促进科学发展的需要，要增强工作责任心和工作使命感，积极投入到“百姓金融风险教育周”活动中，努力取得优异成绩，为营造良好金融生态氛围贡献力量。要求每个员工进一步树立金融风险意识，强化社会责任意识和金融消费者权益保护意识，自觉承担责任，增强诚信意识，在销售金融产品和提供金融服务时，严禁销售欺诈和销售误导，要实事求是向客户充分揭示可能面临的风险，把可能存在的风险说明、提示清楚，让客户明白。要全面了解客户情况，帮助客户正确认识风险，有针对性地指导客户依据自己风险承受能力制定适当的投资计划和理财计划，使客户树立理性的投资观和理财观，避免造成财产损失。

　 四、精心准备，确保风险教育周活动顺利开展

　 我行根据“百姓金融风险教育周”活动精神，按照制定的“百姓金融风险教育周”活动方案，精心准备，认真部署，着重抓好五方面工作，确保风险教育周活动顺利开展。一是提炼宣传内容，把《百姓风险防范手册》八方面内容进行归纳提炼，减少文字，精练内容，便于向百姓进行宣传，使百姓能够记住，落实到日常生活中。二是在各网点门外悬挂“百姓金融风险教育周”活动宣传口号，营造风险教育周活动的浓厚氛围，使百姓提高认识，积极防范金融风险。三是在网点大厅设置宣传展板，摆放宣传资料，具体介绍开展“百姓金融风险教育周”活动的重要意义，让百姓懂得什么是金融风险，如何防范金融风险。四是设立咨询点，指定专人负责，详细解答百姓有关金融风险的咨询，使百姓增强金融风险意识，积极防范非法金融活动和金融诈骗，切实维护自己财产的安全。五是编制非法金融的典型案例，向百姓进行警示，使百姓提高警惕，增强防范意识，不受非法金融侵害，不让金融诈骗的当。

　 五、辛勤努力，确保风险教育周活动取得实效

　 在XX年1月6日至12日“百姓金融风险教育周”活动中，我行全体员工辛勤努力工作，全力投入到风险教育周活动中，对百姓进行认真、细致、耐心的金融风险教育，着重开展五方面的教育：一是教百姓如何通过“一看、二摸、三听”去识别假币，增强百姓对假币的识别能力，提高对假币危害性的认识，自觉树立“不收、不用假币”的意识，不给假币留有任何市场。二是教百姓正确使用银行卡，让百姓知道卡片就是装钱箱，密码等于保险锁，要切实保管好银行卡，防范银行卡丢失、被盗、被冒用或被他人伪造。三是教百姓使用自助设备输入密码时，尽量用手或身体进行遮挡，防止他人窥视，切实保护自己财产安全。四是教百姓正确识别非法金融机构和非法金融业务活动，告知百姓那些是非法金融机构，那些是非法金融业务活动，防范上当受骗。五是告知百姓什么是非法集资，非法集资的常见手段，使百姓远离非法集资，能够识破非法集资的手段，认识非法集资对社会稳定的危害。
