　 “全国劳动模范”先进事迹

　 与鲍建宏同志相识，已有十几年的时间了。

　 无论是我刚上班时参加的“9103”工程，还是公司在上海的“长征医院”、“峻岭广场”、“智慧广场”等项目的建设，我们都一直在一个班组里共事，而他给我的印象始终是耿直、大方、谦虚、随和，凡是和他打过交道的人无不对他的工作技能和为人处事能力赞不绝口。

　 也许是机缘巧合的原因，当我来到秦山二期扩建项目部管道队后，领导又把我分到了他的班里工作，在班里工作了一段时间后，也听到班里的同志说起了他的一些事迹和故事。

　 那还是在二扩工程前期的PX厂房玻璃钢管道预埋时，由于此项预埋工作技术要求高，加上玻璃钢管又有质轻性脆的特点，所以在土建灌浆预埋前，如果施工不细致到位的话，极易在灌浆时发生管道坐标偏差，以及震动过大损伤管道，导致前功尽弃；该项工作又是业主极其重视的一项工作，并且还专门设有考核点，如果不能保质保量按时完成的话，将会对我23公司的名誉和效益带来不小的损失。

　 身为管道班长的鲍建宏同志，急工作之所急，想工作之所想，以身作则，积极带领全班人员投入到PX厂房玻璃钢管道的预埋工作之中。由于那时正是天气多变的夏季，一时雨水颇多，在钢筋笼子里钻来钻去的他们，常常会被躲避不及的大雨淋得措手不及。但是，为了能确保玻璃钢管预埋工作的顺利进行，他们没有畏惧、没有退缩，而是做好各项防雨保护措施，在保证施工班组人身安全的前提下坚持战斗在一线，以“23人”精益求精的执着精神，以服务业主的良好态度去对待工作。

　 经鲍建宏班组预埋的每一根玻璃钢管，在灌浆前与灌浆后的垂直度测量检查结果表明，都完全符合技术规范要求，并以一次性全部合格的优秀成绩提前完成了业主下达的考核时间，为23公司赢得了来之不易的荣誉。

　 在“核辅助厂房核级阀门远传机构”的安装预埋中，摆在他们面前的又是一道不小的难题。由于核级阀门远传机构所具有的独特特点，导致安装预埋技术要求高，施工难度大，而该工作的工期时间又特别的紧，这种种不利因素都在困扰着鲍建宏同志和他的班组。从技术交底得知，如核级阀门远传机构在安装预埋中有所偏差的话，将会导致以后的工艺管道阀门与传动装置无法连接，从而影响施工进度，造成难以挽回的经济损失。

　 在预埋开始时正值隆冬时节，阴冷的空中不时飘起片片雪花，阵阵寒风吹过，更是让所有人冷得直打寒战，可是鲍建宏同志和他的班组成员们，硬是在这种天寒地冻的环境下，用一双双冻得发红发肿的手，将“核辅助厂房核级阀门远传机构”的一个个部件运输、传递、安装到位，并积极配合测量人员进行灌浆前后的数据测量，以精湛的技艺圆满地完成了该项安装预埋任务，为秦山二扩核电工程施工的顺利进行献出了自己的那份光和热！

　 在我来到他的班里后，也以自身的所见所闻体验到了他对工作的从严从精之情。

　 在N厂房09区的支架安装中，当一个大支架放完线，打好螺栓孔，装好底板后，已是下午3点过了，一位作业组长说：“今天就这样，底板的槽钢明天来了再点焊吧！”，谁知正好被巡检到此的鲍建宏听见，他看看表，严肃地说：“下班时间是4点半，现在是3点过五分，点上支架还来得及。”那位组长还要辩解些什么，但是看看他严厉的表情，只好叫人去将焊机抬来，开始点焊支架了。事后，他语重心长地对这位组长说：“二扩建设的工期本来就紧张，如果我们再去浪费时间的话，那简直就是在犯罪！工作中只能将时间往前赶，绝不允许往后拖，这是一个核电建设者应有的职责！”

　 班里的一些年轻人有时和我聊天时说道：“杨师傅，我最佩服咱们鲍班长的就是，一年四季总见他坚守在工作岗位，从来不曾请过什么假。”是啊，作为一个家在海盐，上有老，下有小的中年汉子，能够做到这一点的，真是不多见啊！试想：家在海盐，谁家没个大事小情的，就算家里没事，人吃五谷杂粮，也有生病的时候，但我却真不曾见他缺过勤，这一点，可真让全班人从心眼里往外无不佩服他的！更难能可贵的是，在他母亲生病住院时，作为家中独子的他也只是将家事安排妥帖后，继续战斗在工作第一线，并未因此缺勤过哪怕半天时间，而大家却从镇定指挥的他的脸上看不出一丝一毫的困难，这又是一种多么可贵的敬业精神！

　 让我更加佩服他的，还是他对全班工作进展情况的“烂熟于胸”和对现场施工情况的了如指掌。

　 在班里，他经常是刚和这位组长谈完该组的工作，又要和那位组长说说进度情况，接着再与另一位组长分析图纸，班里每个作业组的施工区域，每个作业组的图纸、每一根管线、每一个支架、每一张变更单他都好像装在自己的脑子里，都能熟练而流利地与负责该区域的施工组长说个“一二三四”，有时当作业组长说到错误之处，他还能及时给与指出，仿佛让人觉得他的大脑就宛如一部忙碌运转的计算机，记忆能力超强！

　 记得我在一次做房间的RPE核级管道施工时，由于领用的不锈钢管道偏长，加上厂房内的一些房间又非常狭小不便运输，导致长管不能运入施工地点。鲍班长得知后就及时与我一起找寻运输路线，经过反复观察和不断比较，我们终于找到了一条颇为理想的运输途径，解决了长管运输的难题，顺利地完成了施工任务，而就在我们运完管子不久之后，那个我们用来倒运管子的墙洞也正好被土建单位用钢筋封死打上混凝土了。通过此事，我对他的佩服之情不由得又更加深了一层。

　 在他的带领下，我们全班人员无论是在08年的“大干100天”，还是在09年的“大干100天”里，都以良好的工作面貌，饱满的工作精神，负责的工作态度，优异的工作成绩向各级领导交上一份圆满的“答卷”，还连续4次获得项目部“先进班组”的流动红旗，并荣获23建设公司“08年安全先进班组”的光荣称号，鲍建宏同志更是在XX年“五一劳动节”到来之时，荣获“河北省国防系统劳动模范”的光荣称号，这份荣誉不仅仅是他个人的骄傲，同时也是我们全班、全队、全项目部和全公司的骄傲！
