　　自开展领导干部作风整顿建设以来，我按照县委、县政府关于干部作风整顿活动的要求，认真学习了******总书记提出的领导干部八个方面的优良作风，通过认真学习县委、县政府《关于切实加强机关作风建设的决定》和深刻领会张书记在干部作风整顿动员大会上的讲话精神，对自己的工作及思想动态，进行了自身查找，从世界观、人生观、价值观三个方面进行认真剖析，找出了自己在思想、学习、工作、生活中存在的问题，并明确今后整改的方向。

　　一、存在的问题和不足

　　通过认真对照检查、深刻剖析，自己在思想、学习、工作、作风等存在以下几个方面的问题和不足：

　　(一)、政治理论学习不够，政治理论水平不高。主要表现在学习主动性不强，很多时候忙于日常工作事务和各种应酬，没有挤出时间认真地进行自学，学习不深不透，学习经常处于被动状态。平时只满足于读书、看报，参加单位集中组织的学习多，自学少，学马克思主义理论就更少，对马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论缺乏系统的学习，钻研不够，联系实际不够，使自己对理论知识的理解与实际脱钩，没有发挥理论的指导作用，只是为了学习而学习，使学习变得形式化、教条化，对政治理论的学习理解和把握往往只限于知道其内容，但对其深刻的内涵知之甚少。

　　(二)、创新意识不强，工作方法简单。工作思路不宽，很多时候还是循规蹈矩，只安于表面，把自己份内的事做好就可以了，存在船到桥头自然直的想法，缺少创新意识，还不能用全新的思维和方式去做开创性的工作。

　　(三)、工作作风还不够扎实。在有的工作上只着重于下达上级的有关文件精神，满足于不出事;没有很好地深入基层、深入实际，处理事情方法比较简单;调查研究不够深入，征求职工意见和向职工通报不够。

　　(四)、在局领导班子中没有开展经常性的交心谈心活动，对领导班子成员和下属部门的监管力度不强，在碰硬问题上缺乏力度，对布置的工作的检查力度不够，有时碍于情面，怕影响团结而没有开展大胆的批评。

　　(五)、对吃喝风的危害性认识不足，存在偶尔接受单位、个人吃请的行为。

　　二、对存在问题的分析

　　对以上存在的问题，通过学习认真分析究其原因关键在于自已对马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、特别是“三个代表”重要思想以及各种新知识的学习不够，认识不足。对学习的重要性、必要性、迫切性认识不够，思想上存在着重工作轻学习的顽疾，同时错误地认为自已是一名领导干部，学点自已有用的东西，能指导部门工作和搞好自已的本职工作就行了。正是由于这种错误思想的作祟，放松了学习，影响了自已知识水平的进一步提高。

　　对工作上存在的问题，一是自已没有认真学习和深刻领会“三个代表”的深刻内涵，和更好地运用市场经济理论，更没有把这些理论贯穿到实践中去，二是思想不解放，对广电系统工作没有新思路，新思想，没有创新开发，顺着前人的路走下去，不敢大胆地去闯。

　　三、整改措施和努力方向
