　 XX年安监局纪检监察员述职报告

　按照市委组织部的要求和安安排，现将我个人一年来的思思想、学习和工作情况进行总总结报告。

　一、学习思想情情况

　一年来，我认真系统地地学习了党的十七大文件和省省委、市委全会精神。专题学学习了胡锦涛同志在中央纪委委七次全会和在中央党校省部部级干部进修班的重要讲话；；重点学习了胡锦涛同志在党党的十七大上所作报告、《党党章》和《中共中

　央关于加加强和改进党的作风建设的决决定》等重要文献以及中央、、省、市纪委有关反腐倡廉的的一系列文件指示；同时结合合安监工作的实际，及时学习习了《生产安全事故报告和调调查处理条例》（国务院第4493号令）等安全生产方面面的政策法规和上级关于安全全生产工作的指示要求，并结结合安全生产工作实际认真抓抓好贯彻落实。通过学习，自自己进一步坚定了高举中国特特色社会主义伟大旗帜，坚持持走中国特色社会主义道路的的信心，对深入贯彻落实科学学发展观，坚持把发展作为第第一要务，坚持“以人为本””，坚持全面协调可持续发展展，坚持统筹兼顾等党的一系系列方针政策有了进一步的理理解。对以改革创新精神加强强党的执政能力建设和先进性性建设的重要性和紧迫性有了了更深刻的体会。对切实改进进党的作风，着力加强反腐倡倡廉建设有了更清醒的认识。。

　二、履职情况

　XX年度度，按照局党组分工安排，我我负责局纪检监察工作，同时时，协助局长分管局办公室、、离退休人员管理处和宣传教教育培训中心，并根据需要临临时代理班子其他成员的工作作。一年来，我除了积极发挥挥参谋助手作用外，牵头和组组织抓了以下方面的工作：

　（一）党风廉政建设和反腐腐败工作

　组织党员领导干部部及时传达学习了中纪委、省省纪委、市纪委有关反腐倡廉廉工作的一系列指示要求及中中央纪委七次全会和市纪委会会议精神，重点学习了《建立立健全教育、制度、监督并重重的惩治和预防腐败体系实施施纲要》、中央纪委关于《安安全生产领域违纪行为适用＜＜中国共产党纪律处分条例＞＞若干问题的解释》、《中国国共产党党内监督条例》等党党内法规条文。教育党员干部部提高遵纪守法的自觉性。结结合安监工作的实际，制定下下发了《成都市安监局XX年年党风廉政建设和反腐败工作作要点》及《成都市安监局XXX年反腐倡廉宣传教育工作作要点》，多次在党组会议和和局办会会上强调领导干部廉廉洁自律和机关作风问题，安安排布置治理商业贿赂工作，，并专题召开了3次副处长以以上干部会议，传达上级要求求和通报，针对在党风、政风风、行风方面存在的倾向性问问题提要求、敲警钟。在开展展正面教育的同时，先后组织织观看了《职责与犯罪》、《《忏悔录》、《慎权》等警示示教育片。同时围绕党风廉政政建设责任制，加强了相关制制度建设，进一步健全完善了了《党组议事规则》、《市安安监局工作规则》、《市安监监局政务公开制度》、《市安安监局重大行政决策事项公示示和听证办法》。健全了公务务接待和一支笔审查签字制度度。积极推进制度创新，探索索从源头上预防腐败的措施，，参与对我局的14项行政审审批办事流程的清理优化，促促进我局设立了行政审批处，，实现了我局行政审批事项的的集中办理，强化了纪检监察察部门对重大事项和人事管理理、财务管理、事故处理和行行政审批等业务工作的监督检检查。XX年，实现了“领导导班子及其成员部发生违法违违纪案件，全局不发生影响投投资软环境的违法违纪案件，，领导干部党风廉政建设受教教育面达100%，群众的信信访举报查案率达100%””的工作目标。省安监局党组组转发了我局结合安全生产实实际，从严治内，切实加强安安监队伍作风建设的作法。

　（二）机关建设工作

　组织局局办公室围绕规范化服务型机机关建设和服务保障安全生产产监管中心工作，不断提高质质量和效率，促进了机关工作作进一步规范有序。

　1、政政务文秘工作。截止12月112日，组织办公室审核本局局制发各类文稿668份，收收文1168份，认真承办局局领导交办文稿和会议材料撰撰写，未发生重大文稿错误和和误时误事现象。建立领导批批示件督办催办制度，定期向向市政府办公厅、局主要领导导报送批示件落实情况，督促促相关处室及时办理省、市领领导批示186件，办理市人人大代表建议2件，市政协委委员提案5件。组织办公室抓抓好机关工作协调，保证了机机关正常运转。
