机场集团公司机关党支部党建工作经验交流

　 机场集团公司机关党支部党建工作经验交流近年来,在机场集团公司党委的正确领导下，机关党支部紧紧围绕集团公司党委全年工作思路和中心工作，坚持以科学发展观为指导，充分体现党员先进性，不断加强思想、组织和作风建设；狠抓党员干部的教育、管理和发展工作；不断提高党员干部的理论水平和综合素质，较好完成了集团公司党委交给的各项工作任务和目标。现汇报如下：

　　一、平稳过度、顺利完成机构改革

　　机关××党支部是在20xx年5月新组建的，支部目前共有支委5名，分为两个党小组，党员29名。在过去的一年，党支部结合工作实际，不断强化运行保障、运行资源分配调度、运行监督和服务质量监督检查的职能，着力协助机场抓好运行保障、信息处理、对外协调、对内指挥、应急管理、监督检查、空防安全、安全生产和整体服务质量等工作。全体党员干部统一思想，提高认识，完成了集团公司机构改革，并顺利地保障了建国60周年大庆及十一运等重大保障任务。为确保青岛机场航班正点率和生产运行安全、提高机场运行效率和经济效益做出了应有的贡献。

　　二、深化改革、积极推行内部用工制度改革

　　自集团公司召开内部用工制度改革动员大会以来，党支部就此次改革的思路、目的、意义、实施步骤及对改革要解决的问题、基本目标、核心动力、实施原则进行了总体传达，确保每一位员工切实了解、领会并吃透此项会议精神。教育引导广大员工充分认识内部用工制度改革的背景、目标、任务以及面临的困难，做好“三讲、三抓、三保”工作。同时加强思想教育以及政策引导，认真配合做好开锐公司的调研及岗位评估工作，全力拥护改革、帮助改革、参与改革，配合好改革的进程。通过党员干部思想上的带动、业务上指导、生活中的关心，支部全体干部职工的工作作风更扎实了，职工的精神面貌更振作了，工作干劲更足了，出现“三个积极”的现象，即：思想上积极为企业考虑发展问题；业务上积极要求上进；行动上积极配合内部用工制度改革。通过内部用工制度网改革前期大量的扎实工作，指挥部非常荣幸的成为此次内部用工制度改革的试点单位之一。

　　三、紧贴发展第一要务，打造服务型学习型的一流党支部

　　一是始终把促进生产经营管理与加强自身建设作为车之两轮、鸟之两翼，努力把党的工作渗透到日常生产保障中去，把生产运行保障与党建工作始终坚持做到一同布置、一同落实、一同考核，努力做到党政同心，形成合力。

　　二是注重建设服务型、学习型的党支部，为集团公司的发展排忧解难、群策群力，积极做好为集团公司发展服务、机场运营服务、基层服务、党员职工服务尽力做到零距离服务、无障碍沟通，认真做好监督工作，做到参与监督要到位，但不越位、不错位。

　　三是坚持“围绕中心、强化核心、凝聚人心”，把企业生产经营的热点、难点、焦点作为党建工作的覆盖点、探索点，创新党建的工作载体和活动方式，加强支部自身建设，提高服务质量。通过开展员工素质教育与培训等活动，培养员工的职业道德、责任意识、敬业精神，造就一支政治上靠得住、工作上有本事、肯干事、干成事的干部职工队伍，提高广大党员和员工的工作能力和服务本领。

　　四、加强组织建设，切实增强党支部的凝聚力和战斗力

　　加强支部班子建设。按照建设一个好班子，抓好一支好队伍，形成一套好机制，培养一种好作风的要求，切实加强领导班子建设，按照《党章》要求，严格落实好民主集中制原则。班子在研究决定问题时能充分发扬民主，广泛征求意见，较好地调动班子成员的积极性；坚持重大问题集体协商的民主集中制，遇事多商量，多研究，多探讨，充分发挥每个人的积极性和主观能动性，强化了班子团结，增强了民主氛围，不断提高了班子的凝聚力和决策水平。
