　一、经受住三个考验

　 “三三个考验”是指执政的考验即即权力的考验、改革开放的考考验和社会主义市场经济的考考验。能否经受住三个考验，，是涉及到一个领导干部的世世界观、人生观、价值观和精精神境界的问题，也是直接关关系到党的思想政治建设成败败、社会主义现代化建设事业业兴衰成败的问题。经受住三三个考验，是对每个领导干部部的最基本的思想素质要求。。
