      前 言 为规范公司内部的动火作业行为,控制动火作业的风险,防止重大火灾和爆炸事故的发生,保护公司员工在生产活动中的人身安全,保障设备安全和生产活动正常有序进行,依据集团公司工作票的规章、规定,结合天然气行业生产经营特点和生产实际,特制定《动火工作票管理办法》(以下简称办法)。

     本办法在Q/ZT 01.02.00-2008《动火工作票规定(试行)》的基础上修订,代替Q/ZT 01.02.00-2008《动火工作票规定(试行)》

     本办法的实施,将进一步规范公司动火作业的标准和程序,落实动火作业管理工作中各岗位的职责,从而提高公司动火作业管理水平。

     本部分标准的附录A1、附录A2、附录A3、附录B、附录C1、附录C2、附录C3、附录C4都是规范性附录

      动火工作票管理办法

     范围

     本办法规定了公司生产现场的动火工作管理程序,明确了一、二、三级动火作业的级别划分、动火工作票的办理及动火工作票中各级人员的安全职责等有关内容。

     本办法适用于公司生产现场的动火作业。

     紧急抢修动火作业按公司应急预案的相关规定执行。
