　第三条 委托加工订单单

　二、委托托加工订单的主要内容为加加工的货物名称、数量、价价格(含17％增值税)、、交货期、交货地点、开具具增值税发票的资料以及具具体的特定要求等，其经双双方确认签字盖章后，具有有同本协议同等的法律效力力。

　四、、订单货物加工价格确认：：由乙方根据加工成本和利利润，提出报价单，经甲方方签字确认。

　五、测试治治具及乙方没有的测试设备备由甲方负责提供。测试治治具如需乙方代制作，乙方方收取制作费。

　六、甲乙乙双方根据每次不同型号的的新产品就产品加工价格进进行一次协商确认。

　第四四条 项目约约定

　GPSS车载等系列产品，乙方保保证按甲乙双方确定的委托托加工订单要求进行交货..

　BOOM文件、产品生产工艺要要求、包装等产品加工所需需的一切资料，定义制成品品测试程序，提供测试规范范性文件,并对乙方工程人人员作必要的技术支持。

　第五条 产品质量标准与责任任
