　b)科主主任、护士长根据量化内容，，分定期、随时两个时间点对对科内量化指标进行打分，并并当场记录。

　)建立病人家家属意见卡，把病人家属反馈馈的意见作为科室或个人量化化的一个重要指标。

　d)建建立科内人员量化分卡。把量量化分数填入本人卡中，作为为月底发放奖金或工资的客观观依据，并在年底评先进中作作为一个重要的参考依据。

　5量化的实施步骤：

　a)由由科主任、护士长制定量化细细则，传达量化的目的、方法法、内容，是全科人员明确量量化的重要意义，端正态度，，统一认识，积极拥护，每个个职工制定出自己的目标，并并上交科主任、护士长存档。。
