　　为确保辖区内禽畜产品质量,保护本地禽畜业健康发展,保障人民群众吃上"放心肉"， 一年来,我在上级的正确领导和站长的带领下,和站里的其他同志一道，发扬吃苦耐劳、乐于奉献的精神，舍小家为大家，一心扑在工作上，为做好本辖区内的动物防疫检疫工作，作出了应用的贡献。现将一年工作总结如下：

　　一、加强理论学习,提高思想认识

　　一年来，为了提高自身素质，一方面，我认真学习革命理论，牢固树立科学发展观和全心全意为人民服务的思想。另一方面，刻苦钻研业务，认真学习《中华人民共和国动物防疫法》等法律法规和动物疫病的科学防治知识。通过学习，本人的政治思想素质有了很大提高，业务知识有了较大长进，业务能力和操作水平有了较大提升。

　　二、加强宣传力度，支持预防为主

　　本人在站长的带领下，配合站里其他同志，进村入户,义务向当地干部群众宣传《中华人民共和国动物防疫法》，不厌其烦地给他们传授动物疫病的科学防治知识, 热心为他们释疑解惑，受到辖区内干部群众的好评，并多次受到社区领导的赞扬。由于宣传工作到位，预防工作做得好，一年来,辖区内没有发生一起重大疫情。

　　三、责任重于泰山，确保公共安全

　　为了保证人民群众能够吃上"放心肉"，切实维护好本辖区内的公共卫生安全,疫情就是命令，只要站长一声令下，我就会在第一时间赶到检疫报告的现场，并迅速投入工作。一年来，我牢固树立责任重于泰山的意识，认真履行职责，扎实努力工作，为确保辖区内全年没有出现禽畜产品质量安全事件作出了自己应有的贡献。

　　四、热爱本职工作，不畏酷暑严寒

　　为了方便群众，我和站里的男同志一道，根据当地群众的作息规律，有时披星戴月，有时冒着瓢泼大雨，有时顶着酷暑严寒，风雨无阻地到群众家里的猪舍、鸡舍、鸭舍、鹅舍，为猪、鸡、鸭、鹅等禽畜打预防针。一年来，我不怕苦、不怕累、不怕脏，不顾身体有病，不畏酷暑严寒，坚守工作岗位，认真履行职责，确保了辖区内全年没有出现一次重大的责任事件。

　　五、坚持报检制度,狠抓产地检疫

　　自从实行产地检疫报检制度以来,我和站里的同志分工合作，根据疫情暴发的规律和畜禽流通量的大小,认真做好防疫检疫工作，做到先报后检,有报必检,严格实施到场到点检疫,严格执行一畜一证制,同时做好产地检疫记录，使产地检疫率达到93%以上。

　　六、加强"五证"管理,规范用证行为

　　一年来，站长时刻提醒我们，一定要加强"五证"管理,严格领销制度,实行专人负责,总量控制,以旧换新,责任到人,规范填写,与用证人利益挂钩。我时刻牢记站长的这些要求与吩咐，从不敢怠慢半点，更不敢有丝毫的马虎，以实际行动支持了站长的工作，确保了用证安全，圆满地完成了上级赋予我们的各项任务。

　　2016动物检疫员工作总结

　　我于一九九六年从甘孜州农牧学校毕业后，经组织分配到甘孜州泸定县冷碛镇兽医站工作,二○○○年调入甘孜州动物检疫站。参加工作以来，在领导和同事的关心帮助下，我认真做好本职工作，坚持学习，与时俱进，对领导交办的事项从不马虎，工作兢兢业业，忠于职守，顺利完成各项工作任务。在思想政治素质、业务知识、写作水平方面有了一定程度的进步和提高，现将工作情况总结如下：

　　一、坚持政治思想学习

　　坚决拥护中国共产党的领导，坚持四项基本原则，坚持改革开放，学习党的方针政策，认真领会江总书记"三个代表"和"五.三一"讲话精神,及时了解国情、国策，加强政治学习,努力提高政治理论水平。加强对马克思主义理论的深入学习，不断提高观察、分析和处理问题的能力，用各方面的知识充实自己，加快知识更新，增强应变能力。树立解放思想，实事求是，开拓创新的进取之心。充分发挥党的后备军作用，认真学习党章，准备进一步向党组织靠拢。工作中，自觉服从单位工作安排，无论在哪个岗位都尽职尽责，无旷工、缺席现象。热爱本职工作，能较正确地处理国家、集体和个人之间的关系，牢固树立以站为家的思想，把站的利益放在首位，在工作岗位上兢兢业业，团结同志，严于律己，不迟到，不早退，遵守各种规章制度，自身思想认识和政治素质都得到了较大提高。

　　二、尽心尽责，努力工作

　　一九九六年七月经组织分配到ⅹⅹ县冷草镇兽医站工作，这期间主要从事冷碛镇各村组的家畜春秋两季预防注射工作,以及冷草镇集贸市场的生猪屠宰检疫、监督工作和活畜交易市场的检疫工作。工作中，本着高度负责的态度，认真完成县局下达的预防注射任务，坚持不懈地搞好冷草地区的生猪屠宰检疫工作，为保证消费者吃上"放心肉"做出了自己的贡献。二○○○年调入州动物检疫站，二○○○年至二○○一年底主要从事ⅹⅹ城区猪肉市场复检监督工作和康定生猪定点屠宰场宰前、宰后检疫，以及进出州动物及动物产品查证验证，车辆消毒工作，为我州检疫事业贡献自己的力量。二00二年至今从事我站办公室工作,负责本单位精神文明建设工作、文件归档以及办公室日常工作。

　　三、完成工作情况

　　参加工作来，通过自身努力，掌握了一定程度的兽医专业理论和法律法规知识，具备了一定的专业水平，能较正确的运用有关法律法规知识处理违法案件，认真履行了一名检疫执法人员的职责。从事办公室工作以来，加强了写作训练，做到多看、多练、虚心请教，随时了解国家，省、州有关疫病动态和检疫信息，掌握动检行业最新动向，能完成文件、信息、简报等文字材料的起草工作。在正副站长不在时，认真处理站上的日常工作，起好上传下达的作用。认真做好站上微机的日常维护，随时供职工学习操作。对历年档案和照片重新进行整理、登记、归类，使各种文件有序排放，节省查找时间，提高了工作效率。

　　四、努力提高自身素质

　　除完成本职工作外，积极参加州畜牧局组织的各项活动，发扬一方有难八方支援的中华民族传统美德，向贫困地区、受灾群众献爱心，积极捐款捐物，支援贫困地区建设。积极参加州局团总支组织的各种活动，充分发挥团员青年带头作用，认真完成团总支交办的各项事务。努力提高业务学习，参加了四川农业大学举办的函授学习班，提高自身素质，与时俱进，不断进取，为检疫事业添砖加瓦。

　　总之，我在工作岗位上履行了一名检疫执法人员的职责，取得了一定成绩。但是，成绩只属于过去，我将迎接新的挑战，珍惜新的机会，扬长避短，做好新的工作，争取新的进步!

　　今年，作为一名动物检疫员，我主要负责屠宰场的夜班生猪屠宰检疫和市场巡查检疫工作。为了确保让老百姓每天都能吃上"放心肉"，一年来 , 我严格遵守动物检疫员职责，不迟到早退，认真落实每一项自己职责之内的事情，为群众的肉食安全作出了自己应有的贡献。现将一年工作总结报告如下：

　　一、加强检疫知识学习 , 提高检疫技能 随着科学技术的发展，检疫工作的方式方法也在发生着变化，靠以往的检疫经验来进行检疫，已经不能够满足今天检疫工作的要求，我知道，自己必须通过加强检疫知识与技术的培训，才能够更好地胜任现在的动物检疫工作。一年来，为了提高自身素质，我认真参加中心统一举办的检疫员培训课程，不断提高自己的检疫理论知识水平。并在平时的检疫工作中结合《中华人民共和国动物防疫法》等法律法规和动物疫病的科学防治知识来解决检疫遇到的问题，通过理论与实际例子的鲜明对比，进一步提高自己的业务水平。

　　二、严格生猪屠宰检疫，认真开展市场巡查

　　生猪的屠宰检疫是肉品质量安全中最重要的一关，为了确保被屠宰的生猪头头检疫，减少不合格猪肉和病死生猪等流入市场，我对每一天的检疫工作都十分重视，按时上班，持证上岗，定时巡查猪栏，严格执行屠宰前 15 分钟的巡查工作，确保没有病死猪进入屠宰环节。在屠宰过程中，对生猪内脏、胴体等进行认真检疫，发现问题的产品，严格按照相关规定进行处理，确保了出场的产品都是合格的。

　　三、认真做好动物检疫工作，确保畜产品的质量安全。

　　动物、动物产品的检疫工作，是畜产品质量安全的基础和保证。为确保畜产品的质量安全，我站从狠抓人员素质、检疫执法和监督管理三方面入手。实行动物检疫员学习培训月例会制度，加强业务知识和法律法规的学习培训，提高人员的整体素质。加强生猪定点屠宰集中检疫和市场牛肉、家禽等畜禽产品的检疫和执法。生猪定点屠宰场实行24小时值班，严把宰前、宰后的检疫关，全年累计检疫猪肉 头，剔除病害猪肉1364公斤，检出外来染疫生猪53头，全部做扑杀、焚埋处理。加强农贸市场畜产品的检疫和监督，检疫活禽 万只、牛肉 头，剔除患病家禽 只、病害牛肉 公斤，全部做销毁处理，有效保证了畜产品的质量安全。对外地调入畜禽实行报检制度，严格实行家禽及其产品的检疫和消毒，防止外来疫情的传人。

　　四、加快畜牧业的发展，推进产业结构调整。

　　畜牧业是我镇农村经济的支柱产业之一，占农业总产值的 %。近年来，镇政府积极调整农业产业结构，大力发展畜牧业，畜牧业的规模化、科学化的程度越来越高。今年全镇规模养猪户 户，饲养生猪 万头，占养殖总量的 %。宁都黄鸡养殖大户 户，饲养家禽 万只，占养殖总量的 %。不仅在规模上有所提高，在品质也大有提高，实施标准化生产，建立养殖生态小区 个。

　　2016动物检疫员工作总结

　　一、动物检疫员应熟悉动物检疫相关的法律、法规，全面掌握动物及动物产品的检疫技术。积极参加培训学习和考试考核，提高业务素质，在中作中要秉公执法、不徇私情、树立全心全意为人民服务的思想。

　　二、检疫员只有取得证书后方可上岗。在执行任务时应衣装整洁、佩戴标志、持证上岗、带齐检疫工具、文明执法、热情服务。

　　三、检疫员要依法行政，严格按国家标准、行业标准对检疫对象的检疫项目，依照检疫程序按检疫标准对动物及动物产品进行建议，同时对检疫结果负责。

　　四、动物检疫员在工作中按积极宣传动物防疫、检疫的有关法律、法规，提高人民群众对动物防疫、检疫的认识和遵守动物防疫、检疫法律、法规的自觉性。

　　五、动物检疫员管理区域内动物产地检疫到位率达100%、产地检疫率达90%以上，在实施产地检疫时，做到亲临场户、临检观察、可疑?、健康发证、检出的病畜应根据不同病情依法处理。

　　六、动物检疫员在屠宰检疫时，严格按程序操作，做到随宰随检。屠宰场、肉类联合加工厂派驻人员到位率达100%、屠宰检疫率达100%。

　　七、检疫员应建立个人档案，对检疫情况做好记录，规范填写检疫证照并保存留档，不得乱出证和买卖、涂改、伪造检疫证明。

　　八、检疫员对经检疫合格的动物产品，应加盖或加封验讫标志、出具相应的检疫证明，并依法按标准收费，不得随意提高或降低收费标准。

　　九、对经检疫不合格的动物及动物产品，按国家标准和行业标准执行。发现疫情，按规定及时上报，对病死畜禽及产品要做到"四不准一处理"。

　　十、认真做好消毒灭源的宣传工作，负责做好屠宰加工场厂、牲畜运载工具等卫生消毒工作。

　　十一、严格执行上级业务部门的有关规章制度。

　　2016动物检疫员工作总结

　　半年来,动物检疫监督工作在特克斯县畜牧兽医局和上级业务主管部门的正确领导下,树立科学发展观,认真贯彻执行《中华人民共和国动物防疫法》等法律法规,深化无规定动物疫病区建设,强化动物检疫监督管理,保障畜产品质量,保护畜牧业健康发展,维护公共卫生安全,保障全县各族人民吃上"放心肉"。现将半年工作总结如下：

　　一、加强学习,提高认识

　　半年来特克斯县动物卫生监督所几次组织开展形式多样的宣传活动,大力宣传《中华人民共和国动物防疫法》和动物疫病的科学防治知识,继续实施 "放心肉"工程。

　 "三下乡"和"法制综治宣传月"中,在城镇和重点乡开展街头宣传,参加人员达36余人,赠送法律宣传资料500余份,悬挂大幅标3幅,展出挂图5张,展版2个。于XX年4月至5月份组织全体检疫员在畜牧兽医局举办为期三天的法律法规和动物检疫专业知识方面的学习一次,邀请州动物卫生监督所老师三名对学员进行以民汉两种语言进行授课，结束时分别进行理论考试和实际操作考核,合格的检疫员发放《动物检疫员证》,不合格的检疫进行再学习处理。上半年的学习参加人员共36人次,理论考试95份以上6名,90-85份28名,85以下2名,实际操作94份以上18名,94以下85以上18名。

　　二、坚持报检制度,狠抓产地检疫 自XX年1月以来,坚持实行产地检疫报检制度,根据畜禽流通量大小,在我县喀拉达拉乡和乔拉克铁热克乡等处设立"动物报检点" 四处,实行"政务公开,收费公开,制度上墙,先报后检,有报必检",严格实施到场到点检疫,做到一畜一证制,同时做好产地检疫记录。到目前为止产地检疫共14316头,其中牛1321头,羊13195,使产地检疫率达到92%以上。

　　三、强化屠宰检疫,实施同步检疫全县三座畜禽定点屠宰场,建立检疫工作室,实行了"制度上墙,业务公开",根据屠宰量的大小,配备3名动物检疫员,一个动物产品快速检疫箱,一套检疫刀具,一只体温表,实施同步屠宰检疫,完善屠宰检疫记录,落实了责任制,回收畜禽免疫耳标和产地检疫证。上半年屠宰畜禽共11335头,其中牛350头,羊4812只,生猪384头,屠宰检疫禽5789羽,无害化处理畜禽脏器325个,上市畜禽肉胴体检疫率达100%,持证率100%,使产地检疫证回收率90%,免疫耳标回收率69%以上。

　　四、加强畜产品安全监督工作,稳步推进"放心肉"工程，按县食品安全部门的有关要求,上半年成立"肉食品安全监督稽查组"分不同路线对县城集贸市场牛羊猪肉摊、生活超市、大中型餐饮饭店、畜禽定点屠宰场、卤肉店、白条鸡店、冷库等肉品流通和出售环节的畜禽肉类是否经过检疫、加盖验讫印章,是否持有动物产品检疫合格证明,宰后检疫是否到位,胴体上是否有检疫切口,是否存在未经检疫或经营病害、变味肉类等违法违规现象实施定期性的监督检查。根据上半年的检查情况来看,在肉类流通环节中存在以下个别的,未经检疫、没有动物产品检疫合格证明的违规现象。于XX年2月份的肉类食品安全监督检查中查出未经检疫畜禽产品共120公斤,对此现象依照《动物防疫法》及相关法律法规进行现场没收,对当事人提出警告、责令限期内改正和罚款处理。同时节假日实行了肉食品集中整顿和值班,及时上报各项报表和信息,到目前为止,没有一起畜产品质量安全事件发生;上半开展安全监督检查共11次,加强动物检疫监督管理。

　　五、加强"五证"管理,规范用证行为 加强"五证"管理,严格领销制度,实行专人负责,总量控制,以旧换新,责任到人,规范填写,与用证人利益挂钩。同时,随时对各乡镇站用证情况进行督查,确保用证安全,从1月份起到目前为止,使用检疫"五证"154本。

　　六、加强监督管理,确保实现目标

　　加强对动物及动物产品流通领域监督管理，在伊-特公路呼吉尔特乡库热村距路30米一处设立的报检点派出4名业务素质高的检疫员实施出入县境动物及动物产品监督检查,严格实施有检疫证可出境,无证不准出境,从外地引进动物依法在隔离所内进行法定时间内的兽医临床观察,同时认真记录监督检查情况和运载车辆防疫消毒,到目前为止流通动物及动物产品监督检查共30081头只羽,其中牛3548头,羊13800只,禽类12568羽,生猪125头,马40匹,羊皮541张,牛皮456张,消毒运载动物的车辆39次。

　 在5月份畜产品质量安全专项整治期间,重点对25户养殖户,2个城乡集贸市场,2个冻库,依法实施动物防疫监督管理。

　　强化动物防疫监督管理和案件查处 ，为杜绝畜禽疫病大面积流行和传播,畜牧业健康有序发展,从3月份以来我所动物卫生监督执法人员对各乡畜禽免疫工作是否落实,防疫员是否到位,免疫是否按操作规程,是否存在未免疫或拒绝免疫等违法违规情况实施定期性的监督管理。在4月的春季免疫工作监督检查中发现未免疫145户,拒绝免疫12户,对这些违规现象依照《动物防疫法》和《动物免疫管理办法》规定,通知当地防疫员进行补免处理,同时我所业务人员现场对农牧民进行多次的关于畜禽免疫、防疫知识等方面的宣传教育,通过宣传教育使人民对畜禽防疫工作有了一定的认识和理解。

　　强化动物监督执法案件查处,规范办案程序,实行了错案追究制;上半年来现场纠正违规事件11件,死牛签定1头,死猪签定16头,死羊签29只,其中形成笔录档案的有2件;立案处理1件,结案处理1件,无一错案出现。

　　七、小结 在全县动物检疫队伍的共同努力下,上半年实施动物产地检疫 14316头,产地检疫持证率达100%。屠宰检疫共11305头,无害化处理动物脏器325个;流通动物及动物产品监督检查共21081头只羽,动物产品共997张,消毒运载动物的车辆39次;防疫监督检查共18次,肉食品安全监督检查11次,案件查处2起,印发上报食品安全办信息5条,法建办信息2份,总结6份,先后11次协助乡镇兽医站处理畜禽防疫、检疫事件。对促进我县畜牧业的健康发展,保护公共卫生安全,做出应有的贡献。

　　一年来，在省市相关部门的正确领导和各县区动监所的精诚合作下，全所上下紧紧围绕"无规定动物疫病区申报"的这条工作主线，深入学习，强化检疫，创新模式，扎实推进，取得了上半年各项工作的阶段性胜利。

　　一、一年主要工作

　　全面落实无规定动物疫病区评估认证准备工作

　　1.做好动员工作。2月2日，我所组织召开全市"关于做好无规定动物疫病区现场评估认证工作"的动员大会。苏家屯、辽中等11个县区动监所负责人及相关工作人员参加了会议。会上，唐所长要求各县区充分认识无疫区评估认证工作的重要性，统一思想，全力以赴，按照省所要求，逐步落实材料整理、补充、制度完善、记录存档、各项规章制度上墙公示等准备工作，加强产地和屠宰检疫监管，保证评估认证工作顺利通过。

　　2.做好本所迎检基础建设工作。

　　结合《辽宁省无规定动物疫病区管理办法》和《辽宁省无规定动物疫病区自我评估工作实施方案》，按照工作要求，我所对近3年的检疫工作无疫区建设材料、产地检疫及屠宰检疫程序和制度、县区责任状、量化考核方案、检疫员管理与培训、检疫报表申报记录整理等内容进行了仔细分类，认真整理，制作了电子文档，并严格按照档案管理要求分装成盒，同时每盒首页都附有目录索引，专设了"沈阳市无规定动物疫病区评估认证材料柜"。5月中旬和6月上旬，分别接受市局疫控处负责档案工作的同志和市局检查小组检查，在认真查阅我所档案后，均给予较好评价，表示档案整理工作已基本符合全省无疫区评估认证要求。

　　3.做好千喜鹤、福润两大屠宰场检疫工作。

　　一是组织人员1月1日全面入驻。为缓解检疫工作量大、任务繁重、人手不够的现实问题，我所对新招入的17名人员进行了短期业务培训，并于3月12日向千喜鹤、福润两家大型屠宰场派驻检疫员11名，明确岗位职责、细化程序、落实责任，严把入厂检疫、宰前检疫、屠宰检疫三个关口，对一些违法违纪行为给予强有力的打击，确保检疫工作有效推进。

　　二是严格按省所要求填写各项表格。截至目前，两家屠宰场已完成1-5月份的《屠宰加工厂动物产品检疫证明存根装订簿》、《屠宰加工厂日统计回收检疫证明装订簿》等17类表格的填写和日、月报工作。表格填写已按无规定疫病区申报要求形成固定格式。

　　三是严把屠宰场入场检疫关。为保证生猪质量，严把入场检疫关口，将检疫岗位分为入场检疫、宰前检疫和屠宰检疫。在入场检疫中，加强对入场前生猪的验证查物和临床检疫工作，证物相符、生猪健康无疫病、免疫耳标齐全的生猪方可入场。同时，为保证不漏检一头染有疫病的生猪，在卸车时检疫员对生猪实施复检。入场后待宰前实行临栏检疫，每4小时巡检1次。

　　四是加大案件查处力度。从1月1日至5月31日，在入场前检疫中，共查出违法违纪案件107起，主要存在证物不符、生猪业户临门自行开证、检疫证过期、有检疫专用章无检疫员章、有检疫员章无检疫专用章、检疫证明填写不规范、无免疫标识及私打耳标等问题，还检出问题生猪共计115头，已全部化制处理，有力打击了违法收购生猪商贩的违规违法行为，有效控制了动物疫情扩散。

　　五是建设千喜鹤、福润检疫办公室。严格按照屠宰场检疫工作要求，千喜鹤、福润分别设立了检疫工作办公室，千喜鹤检疫办公室面积98m2，福润检疫办公室面积76m2，分别设立了检疫室和档案室。同时，制作了标牌，配备了办公设备和用品，《动物防疫法》、《动物检疫管理办法》、《辽宁省无规定动物疫病区管理办法》等12项法律制度及检疫人员和岗位职责都已上墙公示。

　　4.做好产地检疫工作。

　　一是规范表格填写。3月初，全市11个县区已陆续将《产地检疫申报记录》、《产地检疫记录》、《社会散养户-饲养及产地检疫登记表》等12个表格领回，并做了各类表格规范填写、补填和整理工作。

　　二是规范使用印章。目前，除浑南新区、棋盘山开发区、东陵区动监机构受体制机构等问题制约外，新民市、于洪区、康平县、辽中县、法库县等8家动物卫生监督单位都已完成印章更换和刻制工作，全面使用新章开展检疫工作。

　　三是加大检疫工作的督查指导力度。作为无疫区评估认证的重要环节，我所于4月初下发了《沈阳市动物检疫工作量化考核评分标准》，并对全市11个县区的检疫工作实行了实时联系，定期督查，先后到新民、辽中、法库、苏家屯、沈北新区、康平县等县区，就县所和区域所检疫制度完善和公示、表报填写、规范印章使用、档案整理、检疫员业务知识培训等方面进行实地检查和工作指导，多策并举，督促县区做好检疫部分的评估认证准备工作。

　　规范和加强全市动物检疫工作

　　1.创新屠宰检疫规范化建设。

　　一是加大检疫工作服务力度。本着对厂家和生猪经营业户负责的态度，根据屠宰场生猪屠宰和生猪收购等实际情况，在保证室外光线不影响检疫视线为原则的前提下，我们实行了灵活的限时入场制度，保证在早7时至晚7时期间，检疫员在岗工作，每天超出正常工作时间4小时。人性化的工作安排，为企业和生猪业户工作提供了便利，营造了和谐的工作氛围。

　　为使屠宰检疫科学高效，所领导尤为重视检疫员和协检员的业务培训工作。截至目前，我们已对检疫员集中培训2次，现场培训5次，对协检员集中培训1次，由专家对《动物防疫法》等法律内容及各类生猪疾病进行深入讲解和分析;在检疫工作现场，对检疫标识、检疫证明、消毒证明查验，及检疫方法进行了详细介绍。同时，检疫员还在检疫工作中不断积累了检验生猪、检查证明等经验和方法，很好的将理论知识运用到实际工作中来。另外，4月25日，驻场检疫员参加了全省检疫员考试，并以优异成绩全部通过考试。5月21日，我所又举办屠宰场协检员考试，并为考试合格者颁发协检员证，以此来提高业务知识、提升工作水平、增强检疫能力。

　　3.加强信息工作网络化建设。

　　为使检疫工作高效快捷，我所加强信息网络化建设。目前，屠宰场信息报送、工作传达、数据统计等工作全部通过网络运行，不仅保证了各类信息的科学性和准确性，同时也节约了公共资源。另外，通过网络积极向其他地区学习优秀管理经验和检疫方法，不断创新和提升我市屠宰检疫工作和检疫工作执法力度。

　　努力做好市内动物产品检疫工作

　　一是冷库和超市动物产品检疫。目前，我所已经对市内管辖的四大冷库进行了全面系统监管，各冷库监管全部配备了协检员，做到入库验证有记录，出库有备案，实现了动物产品的可追溯管理。同时，对超市动物产品检疫也进行了系统管理，皓月、汇聚德、大润商等3家超市动物产品供应商已经实行网上报检，检疫记录规范细致，检疫工作有序推进。

　　二是铁路公路航空运输动物检疫。为加强和完善动物检疫监管工作，严防疾病流行和传播，2月10日，我所印发了《关于铁路公路航空运输动物检疫规定的通知》，明确要求凡需发送上的犬类或禽类动物，必须持有沈阳市动物疫控中心或合法动物医院出具的狂犬病免疫证和禽流感免疫证;犬类免疫注射证上必须粘贴免疫犬的照片，并有免疫单位公章;办检疫证除持有该动物的免疫证明外，还必须携带要外运的动物，进行临床检验。截至目前，一季度共发送犬247只、猫10只、鸽子203羽、鸡雏11400只、鸡4只及相关动物产品160吨。
