　 上半年，我行纪检监察工作在省行党委、纪委的关心指导下，在市行党委的高度重视下，充分发挥全行干部员工的工作积极性、创造性，按照省行的部署和要求，采取多种措施，全面加强案件防范工作长效机制建设、加大反腐倡廉宣传教育工作力度、深化廉洁从业管理和内控制度建设、细化案件防范责任制内容等全方位的发

　 展战略，以强有力的工作措施，为稳健经营奠定了基础。

　 一、建立健全反腐倡廉各项基本制度，强化党风廉政建设的监督和管理

　 一是进一步明确了责任和任务。总省行纪检监察工作会议后，我行专门召开了全行纪检监察工作会议进行部署落实。对全年党风廉政建设和反腐败工作进行了安排部署。逐级签订了落实党风廉政建设、案件防范责任制责任书1802份。制定了《xx市分行2008年党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的实施意见》，进一步明确各级主管领导和各部门党风廉政建设工作责任和分工，做到责任明确，分工具体，保障我行党风廉政建设和反腐败工作任务的顺利进行。

　 二是进一步强化了管理人员的廉洁自律管理。利用春节这一传统节日对管理人员进行廉洁自律教育工作，及时转发总行纪委《关于2008年元旦、春节期间加强廉洁自律工作 认真解决人民最关心最直接最现实的利益问题的通知》，提示各级党员干部自觉抵制各种腐朽思想和腐败行为的诱惑，严禁借春节之机违反规定收送现金、贵重礼品、消费卡、购物券等有价证券，坚决抵制赌博行为和影响我行声誉的不良行为，号召党员干部做廉洁从业人员的表率，过一个文明、健康、和谐、廉洁的春节。

　 四是认真开展了信访核查和执法监察工作。一是加强了信访核查工作。制定下发了《关于开通市行纪检监察信访举报电子邮箱的通知》，强化了信访工作管理。上半年我行共收到信访举报件2件，其中：系统内转来2件。从今年收到的信访件反映的问题及我们平时工作中掌握的情况看，群众关心和反映的问题主要在三个方面：一是我行案防工作开展情况，关心我行案防工作为我行的案防整改工作献计献策。二是干部的廉洁自律情况及管理工作中存在的一些问题。三是关心自我的权益不受侵犯。我行根据群众今年反映的热点、难点问题，认真开展工作，力争把问题和矛盾解决在萌芽状态。上半年收到的2件信访件均已办结。
