　 XX年6月20日是我于上海富石律师事务所正式实习的第一天，翻阅已经写满日常记录的两个厚厚的记事本，浏览着自己分类汇总的案卷材料，这些点点滴滴积累的文字镌刻着我实习成长的经历。在拥有一些小小成就感的同时，更觉今后执业生涯中责任的重大。实习期很快就要结束了，在此做一份简要的个人总结。

　 自XX年9月至XX年1月，六年半的法学专业学习以及其间在法院实习的经历让我爱上了自己所学的专业。XX年我顺利通过了司法考试，这也意味着敲开了法律职业的大门。XX年3月经过几次面试后，我最终选择在一位有着十几年执业经历的律师身边做助理。最初几天我主要通过电话营销方式联系并预约潜在客户，随后接受指导律师交代的写书任务。我以平均每天两个专题的形式做着写书的工作，直至XX年8月22日该书基本定稿，我与指导律师合作撰写的这本书最终于XX年3月由上海财经大学出版社出版发行，书名为《银行借款合同风险管理》。虽然拿到正式图书时意外的发现没有我的署名，但我依然珍惜自己的这份来之不易的劳动成果。

　 担任律师助理3个半月后，我取得了《申请律师执业人员实习证》，在这之前我辅助指导律师办案及出庭都使用律师助理的身份，此后与指导律师一起担任委托代理人则采用实习律师的身份。实习期间，我参与办理的案件主要有：赵卫与上海爱迪技术发展有限公司劳动合同纠纷及民间借贷纠纷案、王丽佳与高智博其他所有权纠纷(婚前房产纠纷)案、李洪华律师诉80家政府信息公开案、上海三萌实业有限公司破产清算案、上海苑园钢结构材料有限公司与上海富跃实业有限公司票据纠纷案、张帆与北京中投视讯文化传媒有限公司上海分公司劳动争议纠纷案、上海天丽国际旅行社有限公司与姜艳芳劳动争议纠纷案、朱跃明与立信会计出版社有限公司著作权侵权纠纷案、上海明鸿中小银行培训中心与立信会计出版社有限公司著作权合同纠纷案等等。

　 通过办理各方面案件的经历，我掌握了撰写法律文书的基本技能，积累了参加庭审的实战经验，锻炼了与各部门协调沟通的能力，最重要的是与办案当事人建立了良好的合作关系，所有的这一切都将成为我今后从事律师执业的无形财富。

　 在参与办理这些有偿法律服务的同时，我在110法律网站上注册为会员，利用平时工作之余免费解答公众的法律咨询问题以及一对一咨询问题。通过对每一个问题的解答，我深知自己在校所学法律知识的微薄。为了能够准确解答每一个法律问题，我特意购买了几本我感兴趣的专业书籍，包括《婚姻家庭纠纷案件律师业务》、《劳动争议仲裁实用手册》、《中国人身损害赔偿政策与法律实务实用工具箱》以及《最新法律大全》等等。尽管有了专业书籍的知识保障，但在过去短短的一年实习期间，我的实际办案数量并不多，实务经验还很欠缺，这些都需要我在今后的执业生涯中慢慢摸索与积累。
