before we start our contest, let me introduce the rules of thiscompetition. each of the contestants will have 3-5 minutes tofinish own speech. the full mark will be 10.and each of them isjudged according to the following 4 aspects: content (40%),language ability (25%), delivery skills (25%) and manners (10%).
