　刚才大家参观了街办和和镇几个地方的植树造林现场场。之所以先参观，再开会，，就是为了让大家先有一个感感性认识，能看到造林工作各各自存在的差距和不足。下面面我就今年植树造林工作讲两两点意见。

　近年来，，我林业发展较快，林业工程程建设、林业招商引资成效明明显，林地改制稳步推进，林林业管护不断完善，林业已步步入了良性发展轨道。三年来来，全市共植树造林万余亩，，封山育林万亩，四旁植树万万株，年植树造林面积，相当当于我市前年造林之和；争取取国家项目和引进外资投资项项目达个，林业资金累计达亿亿元；林地改制面积累计达到到余万亩，全市已形成林业大大户个。
