　尊敬的各位老领导、老前辈、亲爱的同学们：

　今天，能有机会与同学们一起学习交流，我非常荣幸。首先得感谢县委关心下一代工作委员会等五部门组织开展的“学党史、知党情、跟党走” 宣讲活动所提供的平台，更要感谢在坐的老领导、老前辈对我们青少年学生的热情关怀和 殷切希望。我交流发言的题目是“忆党史、感党恩、跟党走”。这是因为，一部中国近现代史就是一部中华民族的奋斗史。回顾中国发展进步的伟大历程，打开历史启示录，一部中国共产党的党史，同样是一卷历经各种风险考验，以胜利走向胜利的光辉篇章，这是无数革命先烈用鲜血和泪谱写而成的。不知是历史选择了七月，还是七月选择了历史，就在90年前的七月中国共产党这个光辉的政党诞生了。几经挫折，几经磨难，从南昌起义到秋收起义，从遵义会议到万里长征，从新民主主义革命到社会主义革命，从社会主义建设到改革开放新的伟大革命，从中国特色社会主义到走向伟大复兴的历史进军，她之所以这样一路风风雨雨地走了过来，是因为她心中装的是中国人民，她的肩上担负的是整个国家、整个民族的命运。

　在九十年的奋斗历程中，无数次面对国内外形势、环境变化的严峻考验，但每次都能沉着应对，突破重围，将损失减少到最低程度，走向生机勃发的新局面。今天，一个生机盎然的社会主义中国已经巍然屹立在世界东方，13亿中国人民正在中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜下满怀信心地走向中华民族伟大复兴。

　胡锦涛总书记在庆祝中国共产党成立90周年大会上说：90年来，我们党团结带领人民在中国这片古老的土地上，书写了人类发展史上惊天地、泣鬼神的壮丽史诗，集中体现为完成和推进了三件大事。

　第一件大事，我们党紧紧依靠人民完成了新民主主义革命，实现了民族独立、人民解放。经过北伐战争、土地革命战争、抗日战争、解放战争，党和人民经历了28年浴血奋战，打败日本帝国主义侵略者，推翻国民党反动统治，建立了中华人民共和国。新中国的成立，使人民成为国家、社会和自己命运的主人，实现了中国从几千年封建专制制度向人民民主制度的伟大跨越，实现了中国高度统一和各民族空前团结，彻底结束了旧中国半殖民地半封建社会的历史，彻底结束了旧中国一盘散沙的局面，彻底废除了列强强加给中国的不平等条约和帝国主义在中国的一切特权。中国人民从此站立起来了，中华民族发展进步从此开启了新的历史纪元。

　第二件大事，我们党紧紧依靠人民完成了社会主义革命，确立了社会主义基本制度。我们创造性地实现由新民主主义到社会主义的转变，使占世界人口四分之一的东方大国进入社会主义社会，实现了中国历史上最广泛最深刻的社会变革。我们建立起独立的比较完整的工业体系和国民经济体系，积累了在中国这样一个社会生产力水平十分落后的东方大国进行社会主义建设的重要经验。

　第三件大事，我们党紧紧依靠人民进行了改革开放新的伟大革命，开创、坚持、发展了中国特色社会主义。党的十一届三中全会以来，我们总结我国社会主义建设经验，同时借鉴国际经验，以巨大的政治勇气、理论勇气、实践勇气实行改革开放，经过艰辛探索，形成了党在社会主义初级阶段的基本理论、基本路线、基本纲领、基本经验，建立和完善社会主义市场经济体制，坚持全方位对外开放，推动社会主义现代化建设取得举世瞩目的伟大成就。

　这三件大事，从根本上改变了中国人民和中华民族的前途命运，不可逆转地结束了近代以后中国内忧外患、积贫积弱的悲惨命运，不可逆转地开启了中华民族不断发展壮大、走向伟大复兴的历史进军，使具有5000多年文明历史的中国面貌焕然一新，中华民族伟大复兴展现出前所未有的光明前景。

　事实充分证明，中国共产党不愧为伟大、光荣、正确的马克思主义政党，不愧为领导中国人民不断开创事业发展新局面的核心力量。

　九十载风雨兼程，九十载辉煌伟业，党象一颗璀璨的明星，刺破夜空点亮黎明；象一只勇敢的海燕在大海上搏击狂风暴雨；象一只经久不息的号角，始终吹奏着时代的强音。虽然在这九十年的历程中，有过坎坷、有过曲折，而且无论是战火纷飞的年代，还是和平与危机共存的今天，中国共产党都经受住了各种严峻的考验，正更加奋发有为地团结带领着全国各族人民创造自己的幸福生活和中华民族的美好未来。

　历史不会忘记，人民不会忘记，作为祖国未来和民族希望的青少年一代更不会忘记，没有共产党就没有新中国，只有共产党才能救中国，只有共产党才能发展中国的实践真理。历史的经验告诉我们：推翻压在中国人民头上的帝国主义、封建主义和官僚资本主义这三座大山，建立人民当家作主的社会主义新中国，是历史发展的必然选择；改革开放，建设中国特色社会主义，构建和谐社会，实现社会经济的可持续发展，也是唯一正确的、必然的历史选择。历史的选择就赋予了我们青少年一代的重大责任。

　胡锦涛总书记在回顾我们党90年的发展历程时说：我们有一个共同的感觉，这就是，我们党从成立之日起，就始终代表广大青年、赢得广大青年、依靠广大青年。我们党的创始人之一李大钊说过，为世界进文明，为人类造幸福，以青春之我，创建青春之人类。我们党的创始人和一代又一代中国共产党人，大多数都是从青年时代就满腔热血地参加了中国共产党，决心为党和人民奋斗终生。我们党的队伍里始终活跃着怀抱崇高理想、充满奋斗激情的青年人，这是我们党历经90年风雨而依然保持蓬勃生机的一个重要保证。

　青少年是祖国的未来，民族的希望，肩负着振兴中华民族伟大复兴的历史重任。当我们在享受着改革开放带来的现代物质文明和现代文化文明之时，千万不要忘记了过去的近170多年的中国人民奋斗史和我党九十年来的光辉历史，只有牢记那段历史，我们才会知道自己从何处来；只有牢记那段历史，我们才会明白自己应该往何处去，历史不会重演,但历史常常会出现反复,在目前错综复杂的世界大格局面前,只有窂记历史的经验教训,才不会在纷繁多变的现实世界里迷失前进的方向。

　今天的和平与安宁来之不易，当我们面对五星红旗和鲜红的党旗时，怎能不对许许多多的中华儿女前赴后继为中华之强盛而奉献青春和生命的英雄们肃然起敬，感恩于我们的党；当我们翻开革命先辈们用热血和生命谱写的爱国华章时，又怎能不热爱和崇敬他们。深思往昔峥嵘岁月，忆党史的过程自然就激发了我们感党恩的热情，坚定了跟党走的理想信念。我们作为有志的青少年一代更要把握今天，以日日勤学苦练，步步踏踏实实的精神回报养育自己的这块热土。

　也许我们都生活在一个安定富裕的社会里，虽然我们没有经历过战争,也不懂得什么是真正的苦大仇深，但更重要的是应当懂得并承担起崇高的责任。青春短暂、时间难返，任何一个人的奋斗，都应与国家的兴衰息息相关，只有与祖国荣辱与共、不辱祖国使命的人，才会在历史长河中获得永生的机遇，化为永存的浪花。

　人们常说，我们中华民族是勤劳、聪明和智慧的民族。但我觉得，这还没有完全把我们民族那种最优秀、最内在的品质概括出来。我想，我们这个历史悠久的民族，之所以能千百年来强弱盛衰，一如既往，涌现出灿若星河的杰出人物，创造出无比辉煌的业绩，很重要的一条就是我们的民族具有一种精神。那么，这种精神到底是什么呢？

　我记得我国有一位学者，曾经对一个美国人说过：我们这个古老的民族不像你们，我们前有先辈，后有子孙。我们的所作所为，要对得起先辈，更要对得起后人。我们是为肩负着一种责任而生活的。这话给我很大的启发。我想起生活中，许多父母总把生儿育女看作自己的责任，而儿女则把孝敬父母当成责无旁贷的义务。这种古朴的思想，本身就体现我们民族某种独特的东西。但是，我更多的想到了那些流芳千古的爱国志士，想起屈原遭陷害流放，仍然高吟“长太息以掩涕兮，哀民生之多艰”；想起杜甫身居茅屋，却在风雨中歌哭“安得广厦千万间，大庇天下寒士俱欢颜”；想起中国革命的先驱李大钊同志，一生“铁肩担道义，妙手著文章”；而我们敬爱的周总理，在他年轻的时候，面对祖国残破的河山，慨然奋起，决心“为中华之崛起而读书”。这种种忧国忧民思想的闪光，不正是因为他们自觉地负起了对人生、对社会、对民族的崇高责任吗？中国有句古话，叫“树高千丈，落叶归根”，我感到，这里面凝聚了我们民族一种神圣的情愫，多少人即使客居他乡，也要魂归祖国，终埋故土。他们毋忘报答乡亲，瞑目九泉，尸骨也要肥沃祖国的土地，滋润我们民族的根！这是多么崇高的责任感啊，这不正是我们中华民族独特的地方吗？如果说我们中华民族所具有的一种独特的精神，那么，这种精神就是责任感。

　忆党史就在于增强责任，明确责任要不忘感党恩，也就是要增强“安不忘危、存不忘亡、稳不忘乱、富不忘防”的政治意识。感恩是一个传统与现实的话题。说到感恩，很多人首先想到的是西方感恩节，体现了西方根植于人从灵魂深处的感恩责任。经历了五千多年历史文化浸润的中华民族同样是一个知恩图报的民族，中华民族的骨子里就有着滴水之恩当涌泉相报，“投我以木桃，报之以琼瑶”的感恩情愫。感恩是对他人，对社会和自然给予自己带来的恩惠和方便，在心理产生认可并意欲回馈的一种认识，一种情怀和一种作为。

　感恩的初级层次是识恩、记恩。要认识到自己所获得的一切并非天经地义、理所当然，是社会与他人恩情的结果，并且把社会与其他人给予自己的恩惠永远记在心上。

　感恩的中级层次是报恩。在识恩、记恩的基础上衍生出自觉的发自内心的感恩行为。

　感恩的高级层次是施恩。要将感恩的意识和报恩的冲动转化施恩的行为。因此，作为青少年学生要在“学党史、知党情、跟党走”的主题学习活动中，学会感动、感觉、感知、感悟、感恩。感动是进取的动力，感觉是认识的入门，感知是学习的基础，感悟是精神的境界，感恩是思想的升华。

　一个人的爱党爱国的情怀体现在爱集体，爱家乡，爱学校，爱父母……，同样，感党之恩就得从感恩父母、感恩老师、感恩同学……做起，使感恩之心不断升华。感父母养育之恩，是父母给了我们生命；感老师的培育之恩，老师不仅给了我们知识，更多的是关爱和做人的道理；感同学的帮助之恩，是同学给了我们友情，使我们学会了理解与包容、重要的是合作精神。同时不忘感学校的教育之恩，是学校给我们创造了良好的学习条件，营造了快乐学习、健康成长的环境和氛围；感社会的关爱之恩，是一方有难，八方支援的民族情感，关爱、资助留守儿童和贫困学生的亲情体现，使我们倍感温暖，终身难忘；感谢大自然之恩，是大自然恩赐，给了我们美妙景色，良好的生存环境和生活环境。归根到底要不忘感党之恩，是党的坚强领导，顺应时代潮流、符合中国国情、集中力量办大事、不为任何风险所俱，不被任何干扰所惑、坚定不移地沿着中国特色社会主义道路奋勇前进。有力地解放和发展生产力、推动了经济社会全面发展；有力地维护和促进公平正义，逐步实现全体人民共同富裕；有力地应对前进道路上的各种风险，维护民族团结、社会稳定、国家统一。是党坚持问政于民、问需于民、问计于民，走百村、串千户、访民意、结穷亲、真诚倾听群众呼声、真实反映群众愿望、真情关心群众疾苦、依法保障人民群众经济、政治、文化、社会等各项权益，社会才安定团结与和谐，我们才有在安定的学习环境、美丽的学校校园里接受优质教育的保障。
