The relevant matters concerning the selection work are hereby notified as follows:

　I. selection scope and conditions for graduates from institutions of higher learning

　(I) scope of selection. College graduates from Gansu, and meet one of the following requirements:

　1.2002 years to 2010 graduation, has not yet been employed, with the "occupation notice", and according to the provisions of the registration of specialist (Higher Vocational) and above graduates.

　2.2002 years to 2006 graduation, with the "employment registration card" back to the student registration, not yet employment of teachers, professional college graduates or above.

　Two, for rural primary and secondary school substitute candidates for posts and selection conditions
